Online appointment requests are for Intake Appointments only, which include lab quality Pregnancy Testing and a Medical Intake. All other services must be preceded by an Intake Appointment. Please call our office at (541) 883-4357 for other appointment needs such as Resources Intakes.

All online appointment requests will need to be confirmed over the phone prior to an in-office visit being officially scheduled.

We can usually accommodate walk-ins that arrive at least one hour prior to closing.
